Monday, June 11, 2007 Good News Of The DayA judge has voided the ten-year prison sentence given to Genarlow Wilson, a 21-year old Georgia man who was convicted of receiving oral sex when he was 17 from a consenting 15-year old girl. The State Attorney General has filed a motion to appeal with a request for an expedited ruling. Wilson has already spent two years in jail.
